What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What is an Onsite Manager?

An on-site manager is a person present at a specific location to oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle customer interactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
